SPC Exercise Classes

Join in-person exercise classes of varying intensity at SPC in Golden Valley, taught by our physical therapy team. Register monthly; classes cost $10 x # classes per month. Payment due at first class.

MOVEMENT BOOSTERS: Fridays, 10:05-10:55amRegistration includes attendance for entire monthCOST: $10 x # of Fridays in the month (to be paid at SPC during check-in of first day)Intensity Level: ModerateCriteria: Be able to stand unassisted with endurance to tolerate a medium pace of activity for 50 minutes. A chair will be present for all standing tasks.Description: This is a comprehensive, active exercise class designed to work on increased strength, flexibility, balance and agility. Class is 50% seated, 50% standing. Particular emphasis will be on increasing awareness of making larger movements.Contact jessica.buss@parknicollet.com with any questions.<ul><li>If classes are required to be cancelled due to inclement weather, we will send an e-blast that morning.</li><li>Refunds cannot be provided for missed classes</li></ul>
