As a Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence, we provide top medical, rehabilitation and support services to help you and your family navigate life with Parkinson’s. It’s our goal to give you the best available care to improve your daily life, along with the dedicated support of our team. We’ve been providing compassionate care for people with Parkinson’s disease for more than 40 years, and we understand the difficult impact movement disorders have on individuals and families.
