Bonjour! Discover the art of French Bread in a charming historic colonial home in Connecticut. In this class, you'll learn to bake a selection of classic French breads: Baguettes, Pain aux Noix (Walnut Bread), Pain de Campagne (Country Bread), Brioche Nantais, Kugelhopf, and a bonus: Country Pâté.
You’ll prepare, bake, and enjoy everything the same day, with recipes provided to recreate at home.

Led by Southbury native Ian Chin, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris. He has been bakery professional since 2012 with over 14 years of teaching experience throughout the US and Asia.
