Ian Alden Chin
Ian Chin is a Southbury, Connecticut native who has been working in the culinary field since 2012. He has worked in notable bakeries across New York City, Connecticut, and Southeast Asia, and previously owned and operated a Chinese restaurant in Jakarta, Indonesia. With over 14 years of teaching experience, Ian is relaxed, approachable, and believes cooking should be fun, helping students build confidence in the kitchen while creating dishes they’ll be excited to recreate at home.
