Why Mindfulness Meditation?
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, stress and anxiety often take center stage. But what if I told you there's a powerful tool to help you reclaim your inner peace, improve your sleep, and boost your overall well-being? It's called mindfulness meditation, and you can make it your secret weapon against stress and unhappiness.

What to Expect
My goal is to provide a nurturing space where you can connect with your inner self and explore the boundless benefits of mindfulness meditation. Our discussions offer a different concept each week designed to be easily understood and put to use, making mindfulness accessible to all, no matter what your experience level is.

Then, you'll be gently led into a relaxation-guided meditation. Meditation can be both rejuvenating and enlightening, and you'll leave each session with a sense of groundedness that can carry you through life's challenges.

Who Should Attend
This session is perfect for those feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed and wanting more balance. Whether at home or work, mindfulness gives you the skills to be grounded, more focused, to make emotionally intelligent choices.

Whether you're a seasoned meditator or taking your first steps on this journey, you're warmly invited to our small-group mindfulness meditation session. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

What to know in advance

· Group size is limited to 10 to give us all space as the event is indoors.

· Feel free to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion, or chairs will be available.

· Please come on time so we can all maximize our time together.

Is this OK for beginners?

YES. There is no experience required, and we invite experienced people to bring their beginner's mind, too. We learn and grow best together!

How long are the meditations?

Meditations are generally less than 5-10 minutes, depending on the topic as part of each session.

With over 25 years working in the digital marketing and technology industries, she understands the need to come home to our human needs and find personal fulfillment in our lives at home and at work.
