What to bring?

Chairs are available, as well as several drums. If you have a drum (or more), please bring it. Please dress comfortably and bring water (and your own snack, if needed). Indoor location w/back patio and yard.

Are children allowed?

Mature teenagers, accompanied by their parent, are able to participate. There is a public park across the street for other children and their attending adult(s).

Is this just for women or military?

Accepted Answer

No! This is not just for women. (In Em's experience, men are just as open to spiritual and holistic experiences.) Open to military veterans AND non-veterans.

Is this some kind of religion?

This is a SIBS (secular-inclusive-based-spiritual) event. All faiths and none are welcome.
