DEALING WITH DIFFICULT BEHAVIORS
What makes some behaviors more difficult to deal with than others? Through exercises and discussion, participants will explore their interaction "hot buttons" and learn words that can produce or reduce conflict. Practical approaches for dealing with such difficult behaviors as anger, whining, sarcasm, and negativity will be presented. Target Audience: Administrative Professionals


PRESENTER:
K. Carey Baker, M.Ed.,
is a consultant specializing in training issues, with particular emphasis on Management Development, Communication and Customer Service. She has over twenty years of experience designing and delivering training programs for the public and private sector, and has worked extensively with colleges and universities. Carey holds an appointment as a Teaching Associate in the Department of Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, delivering workshops on a wide range of management topics. She has also served as adjunct faculty in the Communications department at Bryant University.

FEE: Members $75.00. Institutions will be billed for registrants.
