Dan Chouinard started up the Birthday Club at Crooners in 2016 for the inauguration of the brand new Dunsmore Room. He's been a regular at Crooners ever since. Maud Hixson was the first May guest, and is back for a reprise. She and Dan also recorded together on the 2024 Bistro Award-winning album Permanent Moonlight: Songs of Sir Richard Rodney Bennett.
