A free creative drop-in to create, chat and connect with headspace during Loneliness Awareness Week
Create & Connect is a free pop-up event that brings young people together through fun, low pressure creative activities with local young artist Hayley Stanich from Smilefully Art.
Activity 1: Leave a Letter, Take a Letter
Connection can start with a simple "hello".
Create a card, write a note, or draw a picture for someone else to discover. Leave a letter, take one, or do both.
Activity 2: Finger knitting
You’re knot alone!
Learn to finger knit and turn colourful yarn into something to wear or share.
