headspace Upper Coomera and Southport provide free mental health & wellbeing services for young people aged 12-25 years.

We also have a small team of dedicated Community Engagement workers who promote headspace services to young people, parents/carers, schools and other key stakeholders.

We are keen to collaborate with services and community groups based on the Gold Coast by offering presentations about headspace services and partnering on activities/events/something cool!

We are particularly interested in working with our priority groups which include young people who identify as First Nations, Culturally & Linguistically Diverse, LGBTIQAP+ and young men.
