COSA Phase 1 Volunteer Training

Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA) envisions a world, community, workplace, and family where every person is valued and given the opportunity to take responsibility where harm is done, recognized and restored, and making things as right as possible with all parties involved. We serve all people regardless of offense, including those who have caused sexual and other intimate harm.

COSA training is an interactive training where participants learn principles and skills to provide support and accountability to a person returning to the community after incarceration. Topics include supporting others through change, boundaries, victim empathy/impact, supervision conditions, post-release requirements, etc.
