COMP & Coffee

The Central Ohio Manufacturing Partnership (COMP) is the Ohio Manufacturers' Association (OMA) endorsed Industry Sector Partnership serving manufacturers across Central Ohio. COMP brings together manufacturers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, economic development agencies, and community partners to develop talent, strengthen workforce pipelines, and support the long-term growth of manufacturing throughout the region.

Through employer-led collaboration, COMP aligns industry, education, workforce, and community resources to address workforce challenges and create practical, employer-driven solutions. By connecting manufacturers with the partners and resources needed to attract, develop, and retain talent, COMP helps build a stronger manufacturing workforce while supporting economic growth and opportunity across Central Ohio.

Since 2021, COMP and its partners have invested more than $1.5 million in manufacturing workforce development initiatives and supported the training of 300+ individuals for manufacturing careers throughout the region.
