South Central Ohio Apprenticeship Committee is a regional partnership overseen by Ohio's Area 20 Workforce Board and dedicated to expanding high-quality Registered Apprenticeship opportunities across Fairfield, Hocking, Pickaway, Ross, & Vinton counties. Working collaboratively with employers, workforce development partners, education providers, and community organizations, the Committee supports the development, launch, and sustainability of apprenticeship programs that strengthen local businesses and create career pathways for individuals. Through training, technical assistance, and strategic partnerships, we help build a skilled workforce that meets the evolving needs of our region.
