Overview

A communal exploration or identity, tension, and belonging.

This offering is a space for open dialogue within the wellness community. Rooted in my own journey as a yoga teacher who has often moved between spaces without fully fitting into just one, this session invites us to explore what it means to feel truly seen.

Together, we’ll explore identity, belonging, and the quiet tension that can exist in wellness spaces, especially here in the South. We’ll also move into the idea of identity ownership, what it means to claim your experience without diminishing.

This is not about having all the right words, but about creating room for our stories to be acknowledged without fear.

The intention is simple: to hold space where people can show up as they are, share their experiences, and begin to bridge the gaps that keep us disconnected from ourselves and each other.

Resources provided by the ACLU.

**Class will include light movement, journaling, and end with a sound bath meditation.

Suggested $30 donation-all proceeds will benefit the ACLU of Alabama
