The Frederick, Maryland Arts Council partnered with artists Heather Theresa Clark and her team from MIT's Digital Structures Research Group to transform a pre-Revolutionary War-era boarded property in the heart of Frederick, MD's downtown historic district into a multi-award-winning center for arts and culture. 59 S.
