Co-constructing Respect Agreements

In Austin ISD we utilize Restorative Practices to create affirming spaces for our students, staff, and families. Restorative practices offer a continuum of approaches from restorative communication to more formal practices like circles. Part of creating restorative spaces in classrooms and schools is co-creating agreements so that each member can feel respected, safe, and welcome. In this session we will walk through how to create respect agreements in your school space.
