In this workshop, students will make delicious handmade chocolate truffles, bark, and other candy confections! This is perfect for holiday celebrations, homemade gifts, children’s parties, and adult get-togethers.
Designed especially for beginners, this class takes the mystery out of chocolate. You’ll learn what it means to temper chocolate, the difference between white/milk/dark chocolate, how to dip fruit for the perfect hard shell, and more - all while crafting your own treats to take home. Each participant will leave with a plate of 10 truffles, plus other yummy chocolate confections!
