Chocolate Making Workshops

Rebecca is an experienced culinary instructor who has been teaching fun, approachable cooking classes for more than 15 years. Her chocolate education includes training in Germany with Lindt Chocolate, at Hershey’s Chocolate in Pennsylvania, and with Mars through its American Heritage Chocolate History program. With a love of food, history, and hands-on learning, Rebecca specializes in making chocolate techniques simple and accessible. Her goal is for every student, including complete beginners, to leave class with the confidence and skills to successfully recreate what they’ve learned in their own home kitchen.
