The purpose behind this summer camp offering is to give students an inside look at the structures and operations of companies. What it takes to operate them? How do they produce what they produce? How do they motivate and excite their employees about their roles and mission? Student will gain academic credit and experience in what makes businesses successful from both professors and professionals in industry. This experience includes both classroom instruction and on-site company visits. We will focus on engagement and interaction with each other and our company hosts.
