Take steps toward improving or maintaining your bone health with our 4-week program! We will cover nutrients important to bone health, healthy eating tips, and more! Participants will also be able to taste-test recipes in class.

This class will meet on Fridays from April 10 to May 1, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Anthony J. Tony Rosa Community Center 1502 Port Malabar Blvd NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905.

All materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 16 people. Advance registration is required.

If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket.

NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events. Similar classes or events are often offered on future dates.
