No experience required or necessary. This event is for ALL levels. All we ask is that you come with an open heart and mind.

What do I need to prepare for Breathscape?

Please wear comfortable clothes and have an open heart/mind. Please bring a yoga mat and journal. You may also like to bring water, eye/sleep mask, blanket, and/or pillow

The start time for Breathscape is 12:00 PM. To allow time for attendees to arrive and settle in, the session will begin promptly at 12:10 PM.

Breathscape is being hosted at Flow Healing Body & Soul. Flow Healing Body & Soul is an Latina owned wellness studio located at 2061 W Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90018.

How long will the Breathscape session last?

Breathscape is 120 minutes. We will hold space for a total of two and a half hours (30 minutes following the conclusion of the event) for mingling.

Carli Michelle is an attorney turned Founder of Meditation Circle. Her journey with meditation began in law school and continued through her career as a lawyer. As an attorney, she was suffering from burnout & high stress. She left law to prioritize her own self-care and help others do the same.
