Authentic Relating Identity Circle (Virtual)
A space to authentically relate to the identities we carry, hide, question, and want to reclaim.
The Authentic Relating Identity Circle
This facilitated Authentic Relating circle invites you to explore parts of your identity that may not often be seen, spoken, or fully expressed in group spaces. Together, we’ll practice bringing more of ourselves into connection through honest sharing, curiosity, and the 5 practices of Authentic Relating. Whether you’re revisiting a familiar part of yourself, exploring something newly emerging, or simply curious to discover what’s there... all of you is welcome.
How
Each week, we will explore a piece of our identity using the 5 practices of authentic relating.
- Welcome everything (yes, even your resistance to welcoming everything!)
- Assume nothing (AKA check your assumptions)
- Reveal your experience
- Own your experience
- Honor self & other
Why
I have a deep value for self-knowledge and the process of turning toward ourselves in order to bring more of us into connection. I find it profoundly healing and life-giving to be able to see ourselves clearly and to own our lived experiences. And I have a deep appreciation for group spaces that invite witnesses to reflect that process. My hope with this offering is to create a space for those of us who want to shine more light on the parts of ourselves that desire more acknowledgement in a group space. In doing so, we serve our individual and collective wholeness and more fully integrate our identities.
Donations
Any donation would be a gift and a source of support for this heart offering. But don’t let it be a barrier to attending! I invite you to feel into the exchange that feels right for you. You can decide week-to-week or at the end of the series.

About Me
I believe in the transformational power of authentic self-inquiry and connection. I weave this into my Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility consulting work and in advising startup founders to build better companies by being more mindful and authentic leaders.
I found my way to the Authentic Relating practice from Interpersonal Dynamics T-groups (popularized at Stanford University) and Radical Honesty. What drew me to Authentic Relating Training was a desire to deepen the practice of being relational while learning more about myself. I am a graduate of Authentic Relating International's facilitator training and facilitate both online and in-person circles in NYC.
This series was initially conceived as a 6-week series and born from my own longing to explore the parts of me that I don’t often bring to group spaces, but that desire to be shared, seen and witnessed in order to be more fully liberated and integrated.
