Steph Shyu (she/they)

Steph is an organizational consultant working with startup founders, leaders and teams. She is a certified facilitator-in-training with Authentic Relating Training (ART) International and currently hosts ART’s BIPOC community circle. Steph found her way to the facilitation world from Interpersonal Dynamics T-groups as a tech startup founder seeking better ways to build a team and alternative definitions of success. Certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Steph brings a DEIA lens to her leadership and organizational consulting practice, and grounds her facilitation in mindfulness traditions.
