COVID

• Effective April 16, 2022, arriving travelers are not required to present proof of vaccination. Travelers who do show proof of being fully vaccinated [booster shot not required] are not required to present a negative test on arrival. If a traveler is not fully vaccinated they will need to submit a negative PCR test completed no more than 72 hours prior to arrival or a negative rapid antigen test completed no more than 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Travelers are still required to download and complete a new Health Declaration form issued by flight operator.
• Effective June 13, the CDC announced that the requirement of a negative COVID-19 test will no longer be required to all air travelers entering the U.S.
• As a reminder please follow all CDC guidelines for traveling during the Pandemic.

$100 Initial Deposit - ASAP

$100 or more per person – July 15, 2022 - Feb. 15, 2024

ALL REMAINING BALANCES DUE, if any – March 15, 2024

• Additional Payment Methods: After your Initial Deposit is made via the website. Payments can be made through Paypal, Cash App, Zelle or with a Credit Card.

• An Invoice will be emailed out after your Initial Deposit is made

• Monthly Payment Reminders are sent out on the First of Each Month

Policies

• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• If you trip is interrupted we will work to reschedule it.
• A passport IS required for this event.
• Please register in the name shown on your passport.
• Each individual is responsible for their own airfare to Cancun International Airport (CUN)
• Flight itineraries are due to your agent 30 days prior to departure.
• If flight itineraries are not received 30 days prior to departure, you will be responsible for obtaining your own roundtrip transportation
• Travel Insurance is available through Allianz Insurance
• Rates are subject to increase.
• If you fail to make monthly payments, your reservations are subject to cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
• A $50 late fee will be imposed for all payments received after the final payment deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
