About this event

NORTH GYM

Attendees may get three books signed per author with a ticket. All ticketed signings will be candid photos only (ie, a volunteer will take photos with your device while you are getting your books signed) in an effort to allow as many attendees to meet these authors as possible. Some authors may have limitations to personalizations, which are listed above if relevant. (Personalizations are when you get the book signed to your name rather than just signed).

Tickets will become available to reserve on Saturday, April 19th, 2025. Tickets are free to reserve. These are being made available in advance rather than the day of in order to prioritize the health and safety of all attendees, volunteers, and authors.

Tickets will be available on our Eventbrite page at the following times:

Noon PT: Tahereh Mafi and Amélie Wen Zhao

12:30 PT: Andrew Joseph White and Kristen Ciccarelli

1:00 PT: Becky Albertalli and Tricia Levenseller

1:30 PT: Tracy Deonn and Mary E. Pearson

2:00 PT: Chloe Gong and Hafsah Faizal

Tickets are non-transferable. You may reserve one ticket per transaction.

Accompanying parties (ie, a parent waiting with a teen or a significant other holding bags) do not need a ticket, provided they are not trying to get their own books signed. They will be able to wait with you, then split off to the side when you reach the front of the line.

You may attend more than one ticketed signing, so long as you have a ticket for each author. One person may only redeem one ticket per author (ie, you may not attempt to use multiple tickets to get more books signed by a single author).

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a book limit?

The festival standard for getting books signed is 3 per person. This is to help lines move so that as many people as possible can meet their author(s) of choice!

What is personalization?

This is when the author signs the book to your name! So instead of it just being their signature it would be "To [your name], author signature". Sometimes, authors can personalize all books, and sometimes there may be a limit.

Organized by
