Experience Homefields

From storm water management and yoga to native plantings and beekeeping, “Experience Homefields” connects local experts to residents, shareholders, and the community, promoting wellness and sustainability through information and education.

In this course participants will learn a simple formula to easily make a stunning flower bouquet. We will then harvest our bouquet ingredients and assemble our bouquets. Please bring your own pruners, gloves and a jar or vase for your bouquet. Katie Landis has over 10 years of experience working on and managing small farms. For five years she worked at Lancaster Farmacy where she helped grow and harvest flowers and assemble up to 200 bouquets each week. Her favorite cut flowers are zinnias because they come in almost every color and fit beautifully into any bouquet.
