Homefields is an award-winning nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to creating new life options for people who have disabilities. We provide housing, food, jobs, education, and volunteer options for people with and without disabilities. Our sustainable Care Farm is certified organic. Proceeds from our activities help maintain our homes and equipment and pay for farmland.
