Antarctica presents Après Vinson — a frozen après experience inspired by Vinson Massif, the highest peak in Antarctica and one of the legendary Seven Summits.

In the Alps, “après” is the celebration after the climb — the moment you come off the mountain, step into the warmth, and the party begins. Hot cocktails steaming against the cold. A DJ. The glow of a world made of ice.

For one night, we’re bringing that energy to Kathmandu through the Antarctica lens: a fully immersive cocktail experience where every drink tells a story, built with serious technique — clarified cocktails, foams, dry ice, and hot-and-cold play you won’t find anywhere else.

Alongside us, El Viejo brings bold Central American cooking to the summit — a menu built to warm you from the inside out. Sounds all night by DJ Quickspin.
