When student becomes master: Jonathan Henriquez first started with creative food group with little knowledge of mixology. With a natural drive to do better and constantly learn, he rose up in the ranks as the lead bartender for the gem of the company: Masseria, a Michelin 1 star restaurant that prides itself of ingenuity and blowing your mind. Having studied under some of the most whimsical mixologists of DC, that seed of creativity grew itself into an ethos. One that insisted each new cocktail on the menu must be new and concocted from scratch whether that be creating a syrup or spirit base from hand. Now Jonathan shares his creativity through Liquid Sentidos. A new outlet he started which will focus on flavors & ingredients, that are inspired behind a memory or a tradition, but even more special is the ability to transport a guest to that certain time and helping them understand that memory.
