Before the Shutdown: Preventing Burnout Circle for Professional Women
For women who look for a safe and cozy space to share and explore the topic of burnout together
Burnout rarely arrives overnight.
It begins with small signals that are easy to overlook, especially when you are the capable one, the reliable one, the woman who always finds a way to get things done. A skipped lunch, a restless night, the feeling that you just need to get through this week or survive just one more meeting. And then one day your body or mind just shuts down.
In this circle we take time to look at how burnout builds and, most importantly, how to recognise it early.
We will start with the grounding meditation to arrive, let our nervous system calm down and make a space for a connected reflection.
Together we will explore the three stages of burnout, map your own personal warning signals, and take an honest look at what drains your energy and what gives it back.
You will leave with a clearer sense of your limits and one small, concrete commitment to protect your energy in the weeks ahead.
How does this format works?
A women's circle is a small, intimate gathering where women come together to share, reflect and support each other in a safe and confidential space.
Each circle has a theme, such as confidence, boundaries or burnout, and is guided by a facilitator with questions, short exercises and time for honest conversation.
There is no pressure to perform or have the right answers. It is a place to be heard, to learn from each other's experiences, and to leave feeling a little lighter, clearer and more connected.
