Hi, I am Wiktoria, but everyone calls me Wiki.

I have spent over 10 years coaching teams and organizations as a leader and Agile Coach, and for the past five years I have been doing that specifically in the tech industry. A few months ago I also started working with women individually through my own coaching practice, focused on confidence and self trust.

I know this world from the inside. I know what it feels like to be the only woman in the room, to lead a team questioning your leadership style, to second guess yourself before speaking up, to wonder if you are too much or not enough.

That is why I create these spaces. Because I believe that when women feel truly understood and supported, something shifts, not just for them personally but in every room they walk into.
