Energy Debt - Workshop about Burnout Prevention for Women in Tech
Event for women who tend to take too much on themselves and fall into an endless loop of stress | 7 euros
In tech, we talk a lot about sustainable pace for our teams and our products, but we rarely apply it to ourselves. We keep shipping, delivering and proving ourselves, often while being the only woman in the room, carrying invisible work and holding ourselves to impossibly high standards. Until one day the energy is simply gone.
In this workshop you will learn what burnout really is and how it develops through three stages, from the first warning signs to the point where body and mind make the decision for you.
We will look at how we get there, both through the environments we work in and the patterns we carry inside us, such as perfectionism, people pleasing and the habit of putting our own needs last. You will map your own early warning signals and learn what actually helps at each stage, so you can take care of yourself long before you hit the wall.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of burnout, a personal map of your warning signs, and one concrete step to protect your energy in the weeks ahead.
This workshop is for women in tech who want to keep doing work they care about without burning out along the way. Whether you feel completely fine, a little stretched, or already running on empty, you are welcome here.
