The Longest Night.

On December 21, the sun sets earlier than on any other day of the year. For thousands of years, people have gathered on this night to keep each other company in the dark, and to welcome the light back.

We're keeping the tradition, with headphones.

A secret spot in San Diego, lit only by candles. You arrive in near darkness and stillness. As the evening unfolds, the music slowly builds and the room warms, and we close the night together with a closing ritual to welcome back the light. From tonight on, every day gets a little brighter.

🕯️ THE ARC OF THE NIGHT

• 6:30 PM · Candlelit arrival. Settle in, quiet down, let the day fall away.
• 7:00 PM · Into the dark. A short opening circle, then the headphones go on and the music begins low and slow.
• 9:50 PM · Welcoming the light. Our closing ritual: all three channels come together for one final song, and every headset glows together!
• 10:00 PM · The night ends.

🎧 THREE CHANNELS, THREE DJS Every guest gets a pair of wireless LED headphones. Switch channels whenever you like and watch your headphones change color with the music you choose.

🎧 Channel 1: Winter warmth. Feel-good classics to keep the cold out.

🎧 Channel 2: Midnight. Downtempo, soul and R&B.

🎧 Channel 3: The return of the light. Deep, groovy and ecstatic.

✨ WHAT TO WEAR Layers you can move in. Bonus points for gold, silver, candlelight colors, or anything that feels like a winter night sky.

🗝️ THE LOCATION IS A SECRET The exact San Diego address will be emailed to registered ticket holders on the day of the event. Follow @sddjonthego_ for clues before the reveal.

🎧 ONLY 50 HEADSETS Every ticket is matched to one pair of headphones. When they're gone, they're gone. No walk-ups, no door sales.

🪪 BRING A PHYSICAL ID To check out your headphones, you'll need your ticket and a valid physical government-issued ID. We hold your ID while you dance and give it back when you return your headphones. No ID means no headphones. Photos of IDs won't be accepted.

THE NIGHT

• 6:30 PM · Doors, candlelit arrival and headphone check-in.
• 7:00 PM · Opening circle. Into the dark.
• 7:15 PM · All three channels go live.
• 9:50 PM · Welcoming the light: our closing song, all channels as one. 10:00 PM · Headphone return and ID pickup.

TICKETS 🌑 General Admission: $25 Every ticket includes one pair of wireless LED headphones for the night and all three DJ channels.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Who can come? This event is 18+, and your ID doubles as age verification. Is it really dark? It's dim and candlelit (LED candles), with enough light to move safely. Your eyes adjust quickly.
• What if I lose or damage my headphones? Headphones must be returned at the end of the night to get your ID back. Lost or damaged headsets may be charged a $100 replacement cost.
• Substances? In keeping with Ecstatic Tribe's community agreements, this is a sober, come-as-you-are dance floor.
• Phones and photos? Keep phones away so the darkness can do its work. Official event photographers may be capturing the night. You can opt out at checkout.
• What if plans change? The location may change. If it does, ticket holders will hear from us first by email.
• Weather? Rain or shine. If severe weather forces a cancellation, ticket holders receive a full refund or a pass to the next pop-up.
• Refunds? Tickets are non-refundable.
