Join Six Rows Café for a guided specialty-coffee tasting built around comparison, curiosity, and conversation. In this two-hour, in-person experience, participants will taste a curated flight of six coffees inspired by Ethiopia, Kenya, Jamaica, Colombia, Yemen, and Sumatra.

This session focuses on origin-to-origin cupping comparisons: how coffees can differ in aroma, sweetness, acidity, body, texture, and finish—and how to develop language for the flavors you notice.

This is a welcoming tasting experience for coffee lovers, curious beginners, hospitality professionals, TSU students, and anyone interested in specialty coffee and global coffee culture. No previous coffee knowledge is required.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

WHAT TO EXPECT

Coffee will be served in small tasting portions as part of a facilitated educational experience. We will move through the flight together, so please plan to arrive early and stay for the full program.

No previous coffee knowledge is required. Bring your curiosity, an open palate, and a willingness to compare what you taste.
