Yome's first indoor gathering — silent meditation, guided reflection, and connection in a held space.
Come home to yourself.
We've met in the park — the sunset evenings, the gazebo, the sound of the city fading out as we found stillness together. This time, we're stepping indoors.
Threshold is YOME's first structured, in-person circle: one theme, one room, no interruptions. We'll open together, naming the theme and coming into a place where we leave the distractions outside. From there, a guided meditation will carry us into real, unhurried silence with a clear intention that will tailor our moment of deeper inner connection.
When we come back, we'll ease back into the room — music, conversation, and a gentle flow to bring movement back into the body. You'll leave with insight, relaxation, a workbook to keep the reflection going (that will be sent), and a moment during the evening to draw from a set of guidance cards — a small, personal doorway into whatever you need to sit with right now.
