Nervous System Reset at Wynwood Padel Club | Somatic Experience

You spend enough of your week doing, thinking, planning and performing.

This Wednesday evening is an invitation to do something different.

Join Iryna at Align Studio inside Wynwood Padel Club for a 90-minute guided Nervous System Reset — an immersive somatic and Life Force Activation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space away from the constant mental noise.

You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need any previous experience.

You simply arrive, lie down on your mat, close your eyes, and allow music, guidance, presence and optional light touch to support the experience.

There is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform.

During the session, people may experience deep relaxation, emotions, spontaneous movement, warmth, stillness, heightened body awareness or simply a feeling of slowing down. Every experience is different.

This experience may be for you if:

You spend a lot of time in your head.
Your schedule rarely gives you permission to stop.
You are curious about somatic work but don’t know where to begin.
You want to explore a different way of reconnecting with yourself.

About your facilitator

Iryna Ryzhuk is the founder of The Integration Flow and a trained Life Force Activation facilitator. Her work brings together somatic practice, psychology and a background in high-performance business environments to create grounded experiences for people who are used to spending much of their lives thinking, achieving and staying “on.”

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol before the session. You will spend much of the experience lying down.
