Iryna Ryzhuk is the founder of The Integration Flow and a Life Force Activation facilitator creating immersive experiences for people who are used to thinking, achieving, performing - and are ready to reconnect with themselves in a different way.

Her work sits at the intersection of somatic practice, psychology, energy work, and high-performance leadership. With a background in international business, wellness, hospitality, and sports, Iryna spent more than a decade building brands, leading partnerships, and working in demanding executive environments before bringing that experience into her wellness practice.

She holds an MBA in Marketing & PR and a Master’s degree in Psychoanalysis, and is trained in Life Force Activation. This combination allows her to create sessions that feel grounded, intelligent, emotionally aware, and accessible - including for people who are curious about somatic or energetic work but do not consider themselves “spiritual.”

Through private, group, and online sessions, Iryna guides participants into experiences centered on presence, body awareness, emotional release, movement, stillness, and personal exploration.

Her approach is simple: there is nothing to perform, force, or get “right.”
