Intimate Friendz is a curated farm-dinner series led by Chef Cole, Lead Chef & Main Curator, and presented through Open Letter Supper Club, with Travel Villa Kitchen / VK Capital Ventures Inc. serving as affiliate platform partner.

Hosted at Indie Harvesters Farm near Hempstead, Texas, each evening is an invitation to leave the city behind, gather at one long table, enjoy a seasonal five-course dinner, experience intentional pairings, hear poetry, meet the farm, and share a meaningful message with someone you care about.

Choose how you begin the journey:

• Escalade Arrival Experience: Reserve one of eight seats departing from Downtown Houston.
• Farm Table Experience: Meet us directly at Indie Harvesters Farm near Hempstead, Texas.

However you arrive, every guest joins the same communal table, enjoys the full chef-curated experience, and leaves with a Harvest Basket of locally rooted goods.

About Chef Cole

Chef Cole is a Houston-based culinary professional, private chef, caterer, and food entrepreneur known for memorable, people-centered dining experiences. With a passion for wood-fired cooking, handcrafted pizza, seasonal ingredients, and bold, comforting flavors, Chef Cole brings an elevated yet approachable style to every table.

October Menu Preview

The October dinner will feature a five-course seasonal menu, including:

• Toasted sourdough with roasted onion-basil butter
• Pan-seared duck breast
• Charcoal-grilled mackerel
• Grilled venison loin
• Sweet potato tart with miso ice cream

Menu details are seasonal and may be refined based on farm availability and Chef Cole’s final direction.

The Farm Experience

At the farm, guests will enjoy the landscape, observe approved farm animals, and settle in with a curated wine pairing or premium zero-proof pairing.

Guests are invited to write an Open Letter to someone they care about: a parent, partner, friend, mentor, family member, someone they miss, or their future self.

Guests who choose to participate may record a short private video message. No recording is delivered without the guest’s final approval, and consent for any public use is always separate and optional.

The evening includes a guided table introduction, Chef Cole’s conversation about the menu and ingredients, curated photography, dessert, a final pairing, and time to connect with the people and place behind the dinner.
