The Startup Lifecycle Intensive: Canada is a limited-capacity, two-day working session with Gregory Shepard. You will apply the seven phases of the Startup Lifecycle to a real company, transition, or decision and turn the diagnosis into a focused operating plan.

Day 1: Diagnose the company you have

• Map your company across the seven Startup Lifecycle phases
• Read the signals and proof that distinguish one phase from another
• Identify the constraint and transition risk shaping the business now
• Align priorities, metrics, capital, and team behavior to the diagnosis
• Apply the framework directly to your company

Day 2: Plan the move ahead

• Define the transition from your current phase to the next
• Sequence the work that matters and remove work that does not
• Identify the proof and decisions needed next
• Pressure-test the operating plan
• Commit to a focused next-move plan
