Pleasure Mapping
A guided exploration of your body's unique capacity for pleasure. On yoga mats, seating optional. A gently guided journey through how you respond to different kinds of non-genital touch, pressure and temperature, and how sensory objects like faux fur, implements and temperature can shift or heighten what you feel. Most of us have never been given the time to slow down and find out what actually feels true for us. Niki will guide you through noticing what's happening in your body, naming it, and learning how to ask for it. You'll leave with more body awareness than you walked in with, plus take-home resources to keep exploring in your own space, including genital exploration and ways to explore with a partner. Who it's for: anyone who wants to start with themselves and practice exploring without pressure. Solo, unhurried, entirely at your own pace.
