Hi, I'm Dr. Jess

I’m a naturopathic doctor and reproductive health advocate on a mission to revolutionize the way we discuss and approach vaginal and sexual health.

Through my time in the holistic health space, I noticed that many of the issues patients were dealing with stemmed from poor body literacy because of our sub-par health education. There are huge gaps in our knowledge about reproductive and sexual health. Without this vital information, we are left with uncertainty about our bodies and poorer health outcomes. Studies have shown that through health education, we are able to improve our health and quality of life. This is what drove me to start educating and informing people about their bodies, menstrual cycles, hormones, and sex – all of the things we should’ve learned but never did.

I tend to host events that bring together education, community and an interactive component to help to facilitate a deeper level of empowerment. Can't wait to see you at one of my events.
