Joy of Glazing an Adult Pottery Workshop
Join us for a fun, creative, and hands-on Adult Pottery Workshop.
No previous pottery or painting experience is needed.
A step-by-step through the use of silk screens and stencils will be introduced to create beautiful designs with a professional-looking finish.
Each participant will receive two bisque pieces: one serving platter and one serving bowl. The food safe and dinnerware glazes needed for your projects will be included.
Your finished pieces will be professionally fired and be ready for pickup approximately two weeks after the workshop.
These beautiful serving pieces will be perfect for your own holiday gatherings or to be given make as Christmas gifts for family and friends.

Thuy is a professional artist and creative educator with years of experience working with students of all ages. Her teaching style is supportive, patient, and focused on encouraging students to explore their inner creativity and to express themselves through art.

Selections of your glaze colors for your pieces
You will explore different glazes and learn how to apply them to your 2 bisque-fired serving pieces for various surface effects. You will also learn how to use silk screen designs and stencils to add layered decorative finishes.
