Nature as Teacher: Yoga in the Park
Step outside the studio and into the classroom of the natural world around you. In this outdoor yoga practice, we’ll use the sights, sounds, textures, and rhythms of nature to deepen our connection to ourselves and our surroundings.
Expect a grounding, sensory practice that invites curiosity, presence, and a little play. All levels are welcome - no yoga experience is required.
Mats are provided. Hot tea will be offered.
