Stretch 'N Recover
The first hour of the experience is dedicated to recovery and stretching. It broken up into two parts with a 15 minute break in between.
Sip 'N Connect
The second half of the experience is our interactive social "hour" filled with intentional connection, interactive moments, and unlimited wine while some tunes play in the background!
