Sukkat Sh'lomecha: A Shelter of Your Peace

Sukkat Sh'lomecha: A Shelter of Your Peace

Overview

This half-day meditation retreat explores hospitality as an inward practice.

This half-day meditation retreat, co-sponsored by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, explores hospitality as a practice you can direct inward—exploring what it means to make space for what visits us: memory, longing, presence, uncertainty. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, chanting, silence, and mindful eating, we cultivate inner listening in order to create a personal shelter of peace.
