Contemplative practice doesn’t aim to escape the moment but to be fully present within it—meeting life with compassion, curiosity, and courage. Over time, this presence helps us navigate difficulty with greater resilience and recognize beauty as it unfolds. My path as a meditator and cantor has shown me how breath, stillness, and sacred sound can open the heart. For over a decade, I’ve shared this integration of Jewish mindfulness and music in communities seeking depth and connection.
My work includes: Teaching with the Institute for Jewish Spirituality; Leading Jewish synagogue meditation groups; Serving as a visiting scholar and guest teacher in communities across the country; Offering guided meditations as a featured teacher on Insight Timer.
It is a joy and a calling to open the door to Jewish mindfulness—grounded in tradition, attuned to breath and spirit, and accessible to all who seek a deeper connection.I am grateful for my own meditation practice of many years.
