Join us on November 8th at Iron City Distilling for a delicious evening of flavor and craftsmanship with a 4 course Dinner & Whiskey Pairing

Guests will enjoy beautifully crafted dinner from A Mano Eatery, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Iron City Distilling whiskeys. This unique experience is the perfect way to explore how bold, savory flavors complement the rich character of fine whiskey!

The Dinner Menu:

Upon arrival - you will receive a welcome cocktail and enjoy Antipasto and Seasonal Mixed Bruschetta

Course 1: Crab Stuffed Mushrooms paired with our Iron City Distillers Reserve Straight Wheat

Course 2: Butternet Squash Tortellini with Parmesan Brown Butter which will be paired with our Iron City Distiller's Reserve Straight Wheat Whiskey finished in Maple Syrup Cask

Course 3: Chicken Saltimbocca with White Wine, prosciutto, and sage sauce which will be paired with our Bessemer Bourbon

Dessert: Whiskey Chocolate Turtles from Valos Chocolates that will be paired with Bessemer Single Barrel Rye
