Iron City Distilling
Located on the 43-acre Pittsburgh Brewing Company campus in Creighton, Pennsylvania, Iron City Distilling is a craft distillery dedicated to resurrecting the 19th-century tradition of Monongahela Rye whiskey. The facility—housed in a former Pittsburgh Plate Glass boiler building—is one of only a few in the world to operate a rare, labor-intensive three-chamber still, designed to extract richer oils and flavors from locally sourced Pennsylvania heirloom grains. While specializing in historically accurate ryes like their flagship Bessemer Rye, the distillery also produces award-winning spirits including bourbon, rum, and a gold-medal Reserve Gin. Visitors can experience this "farm-to-flask" process through guided tours, tastings in the barrel warehouse, and cocktails at the onsite Mezzanine Lounge
