Team Business Summer 2026 Leadership Experience
Welcome & Introduction: Students are introduced to the BOX EXPRESS business simulation, program objectives, and competition format. | Team Formation & Business Challenge: Participants are organized into teams and presented with a business challenge where they operate and compete as a company. | Business Planning Session: Teams develop a strategy, identify value and cost drivers, assign team roles, and create an operational plan. | Competition Rounds: Teams execute their plans while managing production, marketing, financial decisions, teamwork, and time-sensitive problem solving. | Financial Review & Performance Analysis: Students evaluate income statements, cash flow, profitability, productivity, and overall business performance. | Reflection & Debrief: Teams discuss successes, challenges, lessons learned, and how business decisions impacted results.
