Your FacilitatorsNicole TaylorFounder of Joyful Pause, is a leadership and systems-change consultant. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, human development, and collective healing — helping people not only design better systems, but become the kind of leaders those systems require. She is an SPT teacher, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and the author A Joyful Pause: 52 Ways to love life. Martin SmithCreator of Martin Loves Chaos and host of A Meditation Community in Reading, PA — a weekly gathering rooted in Shambhala, Insight, and Zen traditions. Martin draws on Theory U and embodied practice to help people bridge the gap between what they know and how they live.
